Generally, the cable insulation layer (thickness of 1mm) can be soaked in hot water above 90℃ for 4-5 hours to complete the crosslinking, or steam kettle can be used for 7-8 hours. If the thickness of the insulation layer is large, the steam steaming time should be extended appropriately.
Other points to note:
It is suggested to use gas flame injection at the extrusion die, which can eliminate the casting material at the die and obtain a better extrusion surface.
If you want to add color masterbatch, the color masterbatch should be dried at 65±5℃ for 4 hours before production to ensure that the color masterbatch is added to silane crosslinking material in a dry state, adding ratio of 100:5, users can also increase or reduce according to needs;
This product cannot be hot dried before use.
If the product is not used up after opening the bag, it should be sealed and stored immediately.
It is not necessary to clean the residual silane material in the screw and barrel after the machine is restarted due to the temporary shutdown (generally within 1 hour) due to the mold replacement in production. The material can be properly discharged according to the general operation steps until the surface is normal. If the shutdown time is long, it is recommended to empty the silane material in the extruder before stopping the machine.
Packing, transportation and storage
The product adopts aluminum-plastic composite or nylon transparent vacuum moisture-proof inner bag and outer kraft paper composite bag, each bag weighs 25kg. Transport should not be exposed to the sun and rain. It should be stored in a clean, ventilated, dry and cool place with a shelf life of 180 days.
